The plants and their traditional benefits

Rose Petals are traditionally valued for their gentle, uplifting aroma and soothing qualities. They bring floral beauty to the blend and symbolize love, tenderness, and heart-centered care.

Tulsi (Holy Basil) is an aromatic adaptogenic herb traditionally used to support the body’s response to everyday stress and promote overall wellbeing.

Linden Flowers have a long history of traditional use in soothing herbal infusions, particularly for relaxation and winding down. Their delicate floral notes bring softness and balance to the cup.

Oatstraw is traditionally used as a nourishing herbal infusion. Its mild, grassy flavor complements the florals while symbolizing replenishment and grounding.

Ingredients: Rose petals, tulsi (holy basil), linden flowers, and oatstraw.

Preparation: Add 1–2 teaspoons to 8 oz of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain and enjoy.
